Once the companies are graduated by the Outsource Brazil Boot Camp, they are ready to be accelerated and receive a contribution of funds and mentoring. The amount of contribution is a minimum of $20K and its final value is determined based on market assumptions discussed between the parties.
The Counterpart of the accelerated Company, in order to receive financial support, access to infrastructure and human resources and mentoring resource allocation for acceleration, should be an equity stake of the company from 5% to 10% and at least 2 executive positions on C-level in the board of the company. If the company does not have a structured board, these positions are established through determination of managerial authority through a contractual amendment.
The engagement of the company has to be complete with the methodology and the adopted action plan for its acceleration. This is imperative for the success of the accelerated and the accelerator.
